Terms and Conditions – AFRICA CAMPSBAY TOURS

 

1. Booking & Confirmation

 

 

A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit payment  of 50% of the total tour cost and a written confirmation from Africa Campsbay Tours.

 

 

Final payment must be made no later than 14 days before the start of the tour unless otherwise agreed.

 

 

2. Payments

 

Payments can be made via bank transfer,payment link, credit card, or mobile payment (e.g., M-Pesa).

 

All transaction fees must be covered by the client.

 

Prices quoted are in USD unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

 

Cancellation charges apply as follows:

 

60+ days before arrival: 10% cancellation fee

 

30–59 days before arrival: 30% of total tour cost

 

15–29 days before arrival: 50% of total tour cost

 

0–14 days before arrival / No show: 100% of total tour cost

 

4. Amendments

 

Any changes to the itinerary after confirmation may be subject to additional charges and are subject to availability.

 

5. Insurance

 

Clients are required to have comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, theft, and loss of belongings.

 

Africa Campsbay Tours will not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, or loss during the trip.

6. Health & Safety

 

Travelers must ensure they meet health requirements and have necessary vaccinations (e.g., yellow fever).

 

Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed before the trip.

 

7. Liability Disclaimer

 

While every effort is made to provide high-quality services, Africa Campsbay Tours is not liable for:

 

Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by force majeure (e.g., weather, political instability)

 

Loss or damage to property

 

Injury or illness sustained during the trip

 

8. Wildlife & Nature

 

Sightings of wildlife cannot be guaranteed.

 

Clients are advised to follow the guide’s instructions for their own safety and conservation respect.

 

9. Complaints

 

Any complaints should be reported to the tour guide or company representative immediately.

 

Written complaints must be submitted within 7 days of tour completion.

 

10. Jurisdiction

 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
